Anger Doesn’t Fix Anything

While being angry might feel like you’re standing up for yourself and taking action against injustice, it really has no use beyond clouding your judgment and making your life less positive.
A much better option is to replace the anger with happiness. Each time you feel anger coming on, simply acknowledge it and replace it with a happy thought or action. This exercise may sound strange but, once you do it for a month or more, you’ll find that you get less angry.
The irony of anger is that it feels like you’re fixing something when you’re really not, but the good news is that you can live a better life by simply redirecting it to happiness.
What are your thoughts on this? I’d love to hear from you.
