Feel Your Emotions - A Better Way to Live Your Life

So many people live stunted, difficult lives because they don’t realize that emotions are normal. A far better way to live your life is to learn how to feel your emotions and do something beneficial with them.

Start by learning to identify what you’re feeling: Determine whether you’re happy, sad, angry, or scared. Keep practicing until you can quickly identify which of these four emotions you are experiencing. Once you can name the emotion, you can feel it for five minutes and then shift it toward happiness.

You’ll live a much better life when you’re able to identify your emotions, feel them, and steer the negative ones in a positive direction.
