Stop Trying to Control

If you spend your time trying to control people or events, you’ll always be miserable because there is no way to dictate every outcome.
A much better way to live your life is to just work on yourself—become as healthy as possible and learn how to manage your own thoughts, emotions, and actions so that you’re always moving in a positive direction.
A great way to get started is to celebrate the things you do well and work on one small thing each day that you can improve in yourself. In that way, you’ll worry less about trying to control other people or events and focus more on your own growth.
